How come the "Replace with..." is greyed out in 2009

I have a project which is seriously cross linked with another one. I went into the dependencies to try to use the replace with feature to correct the crosslinking, but it is greyed out. 8.5 lets me use this feature. How come it does not work in 9?

That seems really strange can you post a screen shot?

Also have you tried using the source distrobution function to get all the vi in one place?
