How come when I run Test Panel there is no input?

When I run Test Panel there is no input even though I have a thermocouple hooked up to channel 0. What am I doing wrong? I have LabVIEW 5.0, Windows 98 SE, and SCB-100.

I wonder if you have made the correct data type input.Pls let me know the details about what you have input.

The input type is Thermocouple (K type).

One thing I noticed was that when I click on "Solution Wizards" in LabVIEW, the system resources are checked and then a dialog box opens that says

"There are no National Instruments data acquisition cards currently configured.
The DAQ Solution Wizard option will be disabled until a National Instruments data acquisition board is configured."

When I start my computer at one point it shows:
