How delete project from Source Code Control (SCC)?

I try to delete the top folder from the Advanced... dialog, which then asks if I want to delete top folder and all items in folder. I answer yes but project remains.

You should be administrator of SCC or a machine that has SCC Administrator installed.

Go to Tools>>Source Code Control>>Project.
Highlight the project and click "Delete Project".

You should not be deleting the folders manually.
