How do I add an icon to my executable?

iconcache_48.db and iconcache_32.db haven't modified for ~3 years.

So iconcache is likely not the problem.

My "milage" differs.  My "new" laptop is about a year and a half old.  I just searched the hard drive for "IconCache*.db" and found 16 hits, all in my Profile under \AppData\Local.  One, IconCache.db, was in this folder, with a creation date of 11/22/2021 and a "Modified" date of yesterday.  The other 15 were in a sub-folder of \Local called Microsoft\Windows\Explorer, many with names like IconCache_16.db, more than half with a size of 1 KB and Modified dates of yesterday (when I last used IconEdit2 to look at the Icon I posted).  A number of them with "size" settings of 16, 32, 48, and 256 (which was my Icon's size) having sizes around 1024 KB.  Incidentally, I did delete the IconCache yesterday, so this is what was "rebuilt".
