I am new to Labview and am trying to create a VI which controls relays after accepting money. I thought I would cheat my way through by bunching together some example VIs but unfortunately that does not work. I need to accept dollar bills and quarters, when the total reaches $2 initiate the vend. This involves turning on 3 relays sequencially for preset durations (between 3-5s), using a sensor input to stop certain the relays. The next step would start another 3 relays sequencially for prescribed durations as well. At this point in time I seem to be going in circles, I know an expert can program this in a few hours and I am willing to pay for the assistance. Please contact me on 843-271-2396 or cain@usaidata.com. I have attached the rudimentary attempt VI just to give an idea on what I am trying to do. Thanks in advance.

Hello Virimai,
I was unable to load/run your VI, as it was missing a large number of subVIs and I wasn't able to determine where you obtained all of them, so I'm afraid I can't give any advice at this point. As GovBob said, your best bet would probably be to get in touch with one of our Alliance partners that provide code development services.
