How do I change the status of the Fieldpoint network controller to online?

I'm trying to run the experiment but I keep getting Error 33162. Even though the FieldPoint controller is plugged in to the computer and the power is on, MAX is showing me that the system state is Disconnected. How do I overcome this problem?

Have you taken a look at this article:

It mentions changing the connection time out settings.  This could fix the issue.

How is the FP controller connected, directly to your PC?

What is the IP and subnet of your PC and FP controller?
