BINGO! Right answer. There was a nonprintable code in the copy coming from the file.

I then did the same for the Example that I quoted: same thing!

Thank you for the help. This one has been driving me buggy! I learned something new.

You did the right thing by asking since a second set of eyes can make a big difference. Over the years i have found my biggest piles of knowlege were found on the other side of a mountain of frustration.  hang in there and rember we are here the next time you concider re-specing a project.
