How do I get Contextual Help of Fron Panel Control in LabVIEW 2009? The contextual Help doesn't seem to work properly when I select a Front Panel Control in LabVIEW 2009.

Are you hovering over the FP control? If you hover over the control, the Description and Label of that control should show in the Context Help window, and you should have the option to select "Detailed Help" from the Context Help window. In order to toggle visibility of the Context Help window whether you are looking at a Front Panel or Block Diagram, use CTRL+h

If I hover over a Front Panel Control in LabVIEW 2009, the Contextual Help does not change to the Control that I am hovering over but instead shows information about some other control that it selected when the Contextual Help was started up. The Contextual Help information nevr changes as long as I have a Front Panel displayed no matter what Front Panel Control I have selected or hover over.
The Contextual Help seem s to work properly only when I am working in a Block Diagram panel.

Also the Detailed help Window does not show a link for Detailed Help when Front Panel Control Contextual Help is displayed. How do I get Detailed Help on Front Panel Controls for the Context Help window?

Sometimes I've seen the Context Help get "stuck". Have you tried closing it and then opening it again?

The Detailed help link is not available on the front panel for controls/indicators. It is not available on the block diagram for controls/indicators. Detailed help is available on the block diagram for functions.
