When I down load a device driver VI ... how come it doesn' get setup in the Menue Palets

Extract the instrument driver to

..\Program Files\National Instruments\LabVIEW 7.0\instr.lib

Re-launch LabVIEW, and you will see them in Intrument I/O > Instrument Drivers
