How do I measure 4 DMMs simultaneously?

Hello!

I don't know how to measure 4 DMMs simultaneously? AsI know, I need to use Software Trigger or Hardware Trigger. In my case, I don't have External Trigger source so that I should use Software Trigger. Could you explain how to use Software trigger? I attached one file.

Thank you for your response!

However, I am using Labvie 6.0, not Version 7.0. If you don't mind, could you convert it into Labview 6.0 file?

Thank you!

I can only convert it back to 6.1 but here is a screen capture. Next time you post make sure you include which version of labview you are using.

Try something like this. Initialize and setup both instruments and then issue a single GET. The way you're doing it, you are sequentially triggering one instrument and then the other. I've never done a GET with VISA only the function from the GPIB palette. Instead of the GPIB Trigger function, you could try the VISA Assert Trigger with the resource name of the GPIB board or the VISA Send GPIB Command function with GET as the command. Sorry, but I don't have any instruments available right now to try it with.
