How do I port 7.x LabView VI's to 6.0?

I am trying to support old versions of LabView for clients but I want to upgrade to 7.x. I see upward compatibility supported but no downward compatibility. Any advise?

You have the same backward compatibility with 7.x as you do with 6.0. You can save for a previous version only. If you jump to the latest version, you will only be able to save to 7.0 so you'll have to keep your 6.0 version installed for support and do new work in 7.1.
