How do I provide the necessary icons in the application builder?

I want to add all necessary icons in the application builder for my application. I created two icons, one is 32x32, the other 16x16. However it is impossible to add both of them into the application builder. The builder allows me to add only one of the two. How do I manage to get all the needed icons in there?
