How do I remove permissions requests from VLM without Accepting or Rejecting them?

How do I remove permissions requests from VLM v2.0 without Accepting or Rejecting them?

Related to this, in some cases, there are duplicates listed in the Permission requests (which I do not have set to "Automatically Accept")?  In one example, I Accepted the 1st computer, but do not want to accept the 2nd computer.  If I Reject the 2nd one, I'm afraid that would prevent the 1st computer from using the Labview.  I just want to remove the Request.  Is there a file or folder that contain these requests and can I simply delete them?  ** sorry, this is hard to explain in an email **

Also, since I manage the VLM and will most likely only have VLM related questions or client side connectivity questions with VLM, would it be possible to get a VLM discussion list/board?

Thanks again,

Hey Rob,

Rejecting one should not affect the other.  Have you had troubles with that?

Also,  I am talking to the discussion board mediator about adding VLM.

Cheers,

Thanks Sam...  I found the directory where these permission requests seem to be kept:  Program Files\National Instruments\Volume License Manager\Permission Queue.  If I simply delete all or one of these files will it refresh properly in the VLM OR will this confuse VLM?  To answer your question, I haven't Rejected a duplicate in fear it would lock out the Accepted one.   What happens within VLM when I Reject a Permission request.  Does it modify the nilm.opt file?  or does it only do that when Accepting permission requests?

Thanks for the VLM discussion board also.  I'll wait to hear from you on these issues.  I think you're working on another issue for me as well.

Rob -

Thanks for the feedback on the need for a VLM forum.  We will continue to monitor the volume of questions and create the board when we feel it is right for the community.  In the meantime, please ask VLM questions in the software product boards that you are managing with the VLM.

Thanks!
