How do I report a bug?

I found a bug on
the Express VI Development Toolkit.
Is there anyway to report this?

I am using the latest patches an versions:

Labview 7.1.1 (Base)
ExpressVI Dev Toolkit 1.0f1

Problem: For control names with a newline character,
The "Configurable" and "Expandable" columns
of "Express VI Creator: Convert VI" window
show two checkboxes instead of one.
