How do I use DAQCard AI-16XE-50(Legacy) with DAQmx?

I am trying to use the "Cont Acq Thermocouple Samples-Int Clk" example, written for DAQmx with the DAQ card listed above. I cannot find a signal when trying to set it up. I have already reset the driver on the legacy device and it still does not work.

According to this, that board is only supported by the traditional DAQ driver.
