joanie,

1. Please be patient.  Most of the participants on this Forum are volunteers who have other jobs.  Also many of the participants are in the United States or Europe where your first post occurred after normal working hours.

2. You did not include any data so we cannot see what is going on with your program.

3. It is not obvious without some digging into your VI how you are setting the thresholds manually.  Documentation is helpful for this.  A note explaining that the threshold is set by the cursor would have saved me several minutes of trying to find something marked "Threshold."

4. What are the criteria for determining how an automatic threshold should be set?  We cannot read your mind.  Given an infinite variety of signal types and waveforms, I do not think it is possible to create universal standards for automatic setting of thresholds.

5. What have you tried? Why does it not work?

Lynn

Also down-converting your code would be helpful so more people can assist you.

Erm what do you mean by down-converting??
I'm so sorry because I am new to this software.

joanie,

Please address questions 4 and 5 from my earlier post.

I have your data but do not know how you want to define the automatic thresholds.
