How do you uninstall a Labview application

I am using Windows 95 and Labview 6

I am trying to learn how to use application builder. I have a single simple VI that increments
the input from a control and displays it. Using application builder I create a .exe file and
also an installer and I also have create an uninstaller in the advanced area checked. I run the installer and it installs both the runtime engine as well as my application. My application works fine. Then I uninstall the runtime engine in the control panel>Add/Remove software which works OK. But when I try to uninstall my application I get an error window titled "Fatal Error" with the following message "Fatal Error at Script Line 1700 Directory Does not exist" It leaves my ap
plication installed.

Hi Rick,

You say you are using LabVIEW 6 but have you upgraded to 6.0.2.

There are a number of reported problems with application builder that 6.0.2 will fix.


If you are already at 6.0.2 then I would suggest zipping up your simple VI application and sending it to NI via the Contact Us | Report a Problem Links.
