Both examples I gave are VI snippets, so you can just save the example images as png files then drag and drop the saved png file of the example you're interested in on to the LabVIEW block diagram.

In any case, I've attached a VI that has both examples (just enable the subdiagram of the diagram disable structure corresponding to the example you're interested in exploring).

Both examples do the exact same thing, i.e., copy a single file.
