How might I calibrate a "local zero" to a DC offset signal?

I am using sensitive pressure transducers feeding an SC 2345 frame (through a PCI 6024 w/ Labview 8.0). These are very rarely normalized to "0.00 volts DC, thus I need to calibrate to their "static" condition - i.e. establish a "local zero" - prior initiating my test.

Question 1) How do I capture and calibrate to these offset voltages? 

Question 2) These channels are already in a task; should I strip them out of an array, set their "zero" then reassemble them into the array being sent to the measurement VI, or would it be better to calibrate them somehow within the task, prior to starting the test VI?

Hi Michael,

Unfortunately, there isn't a way to set your channels input channels to zero. I recommend reading 1000 points and averaging these readings for the best accuracy. You can then acquire your data and subtract out your average reading in software for accurate measurements.
