How should I develop Level Controller using Parallel port(Printer port)

I need to develop a level controller using parallel port of my computer with a third party Data Acquisition Device.  Is it possible to do it with In and out port vi in labView 7.1. Please guide me how can should I configure these Vis to write control data and then receive level transmitteed data through parallel Port(Printer port). My third party DAQ has two analog input channel and one analog output channel.

What's the third party DAQ board? Usually, you get a driver when you buy one and that would be the best way to control it and get data. Depending on the type of driver provided, you might use the Call Library Function Node (i.e. for a C based dll), ActiveX, or even .Net.

Dear Sir

I have a local DAQ card by VI Microsystems. It is Called VAD-104. Pluggable to printer port. It doesn't have driver as such but has dedicated software for different applications such as level control, Temperature control, pressure control. What is the best way? Please send links which would be useful in this regard.

Waiting in anticipation

Yours' faithfully

The only link would be the vendor of the board. They either have to provide a driver or details on the interface.
