How to Extract Frequency,Duty cycle and duration from continuous signal

Hi Friends,

I need to extract measuring parameters like Frequency,Duty cycle and duration from a continoues signal.

I have attached a .csv file Pattern with single order ,which contains a tone pattern with 3 tone envelope levels.

Envelope Levels :

Levels     Tone Freq(Hz)    DC(%)      Tone Duration(ms)

1                   440              50               150

2                   660              50               150

3                   550              50               1300

I need to measure these values from this signal.

can anyone guied me how to do this?
