Did you try a search? This has been brought up many times before. In fact, here is a very long thread on the subject. Study that thread, and then post back if you have further questions.
One other thing you may want to look at is if your ISP has an email to SMS gateway. Many ISPs have this, so all you would need to do is to send an email. Contact your ISP for this.
