How to Write to a text file in PDA module?

I have attached a VI which is used to read some questions from a text file (attached).

1. After answering the questions in the filelds, How should i write it to a text file with the questions and answers?
2. How can i add a string box in which measurements can be made with DMM CF -6004 card?

I tried several ways but in vain. CAN ANYONE HELP ME  WITH A MODIFICATION IN MY VI?
