How to access the extra registers

if number of registers are 10,then i want to access 11,12,13th registers how can I access these registers using teststand........

This question actually belongs in the TestStand forum, I think.  Are you trying to use LabVIEW to acess the TestStand API?

one more issue :array index out of bound error code:17324 is produced in message popup and exception code:2 is returned in response of send frame. I tried to solve in many ways,it wont resolved give solution for its....

So what are you doing ?
There is NOTHING in your replies that tells us what you are doing.
What are you working with ? LabVIEW ? what version ? TestStand ? What version ?
What is your code doing? show us some code.

Where are "send frame", is it VISA ? CAN ? Ethernet ? Modbus ?
