I could not get the correct resistance reading from HP34970A when I used labview to control the equipment but when I manually measure the circuit using the same 34970 it worked. I think the issue is related to the caps in parallel with the resistor. I want to add more channel delay to the scan to fix the problem. Is there labview driver can change the channel delay? Or any example VI that I can copy? Thanks.
