How to capture mouse envents outside VI window?

       I want to capture mouse envents occured outside the VI window. I searched in NI web and only found that has example capture the mouse envents inside the VI window. If anyone can help me please email to Yunhua.liu@cn.flextronics.com or Yunhua.liu@163.com
