How to compile CIN in LabVIEW 4.1 using Watcom 11

I want to retreive OptoTrak (Infrared Position Sensing Camera by NDI) real time data from LabVIEW 4.1 using CIN in Window98. I am trying to compile the CIN using Open Watcom. However, the manual only explain the way to compile the CIN using Watcom386 in window3.1 and 95. When I tried to follow the instruction anyways, I got an error message saying "cannot execute (dos4gw): no such file or directory" and "last command making (CIN.lnk) return a bad status". Please let me know if you know the way to compile the CIN or another way to retrieve real-time data from Optotrak using LabView 4.1. Thank you for your help.

This might be possible but giving the quality (?) of the Watcom compiler it will be painful. What is the C ode itself doing? Is it calling an interface library, a DLL or what?
