How to compile for a NI-9144

I can't compile FPGA code for the NI-9144.

I have installed and reinstalled dozens of programs with no solution.

I'm running LabVIEW 2017.0f2

I always get a message saying

"LabVIEW FPGA: The compile worker cannot perform the compilation. The compile worker may be configured incorrectly for this compilation or it may be in an error state."

When I look at the LabVIEW FPGA Compile worker I only see "Vivado 2014.4" installed. I do not understand why I don't see (ISE 14.7)  Should I see this listed in the compile worker? According to Compatible Version to compile for the 9144 I need to have ISE 14.7 installed. I install the program but it does absolutely nothing. I can compile to a 9145 without any issues.

Can someone tell me exactly what I need to install the order to install them.

There are a lot of components that need to be installed.

I now see the ISE 14.7 in my compiler worker.

I restarted the computer and ran the compiler worker as admin.

All appears to be working now.
