I have the 2009 version Labview with FPGA module and Real Time module on my own laptop. And I have the FPGA 7831R on the desk top in the lab. I connect the lap top to the desk top with an ethernet wire. I can see in MAX that the Rolf-lab-FPGA. This name is given by somebody else who used this device before. But when I click device and Interfaces, I can't see the device. The IP address is set by the previous person also and he is using Labview 8.5. Should I do something to configure the device correctly.
PS: I only have NI-DAQ device drive on my laptop, would that cause the failure in finding a hardware?
