There are many possible issues:

Are both computers on the same subnet? What is their IP addresses?

Can you ping the other computer form each side?

Did you configure the windows firewall to allow incoming connections for the LabVIEW application?

Are you using the examples from the example finder or is this your own code?

Do the programs generate any errors?
