How to control Intelligentactuators (IAI) with LabView

hello,

I had to control a cartesian robot built with RCPA linear actuators (IAI) (see attached files). Unfortunatly, IAI don't sell Labview Libraries for these products. I just know that IAI controller is based on Modbus protocol but i'm not familiar with this protocol. Doesn anyone has already worked with these products with LabView environnement?

Thank you for posting on the National Instruments forum platform.

I'm not particularly familiar with the Modbus protocol. Nevertheless, you can find here the link toward a LV library dedicated for Modbus (free to download): Modbus Library

Additionally, you can find some basic information right here: Modbus Protocol

Finally don't hesitate to look at the exemple located on the help tab >> exemples on LV.
