I have a QImaging IEEE 1394 camera and the LabVIEW 7.1. I have donwloaded and installed also the QCamLabVIEW interface provided by the QImaging. After I have done it a new library appeared in the User Libraries in the functions palette. This "paletteMenu" have all functions that I need use, but if a try to put some of them in the block diagram the LabVIEW ask to me where to find the VI IMAQ GetImageInfo or IMAQ GetImagePixelPtr or another one.
I cannot find this anywhere in my computer. I also installed the NI-IMAQ and others device drivers.
Tha camera is working correctly and I can take pictures with it using the QCapture suite, the software that comes with it. It appears too in the Windows Device Manager but not in the MAX. In MAX there is nothing like IMAQ or 1394, USB.
This is the industrial camera advisor and it says: "Not for use with IMAQ for 1394"
