How to convert Months to ALL CAPS e.g. 5-Dec-2015 to 5-DEC-2015

This has to have an easy solution. 

My date indicator returns the format of DD-MMM-YYYY.

I need the MMM to be all caps.

Haven't you tried the To Upper Case function?

Assuming this is a string, just use the To Upper Case function on the entire string.

Run the string you already have through "To Upper Case".
