How to convert USB HID to COM port?

Dear All,

I am trying to connect Digital delay generator (DDG) of BNC make (model:575) to PC through USB cable. When I connect the device to the PC, it appears in Human interface devices (HID) rather than COM port.  If I want to run the LabVIEW program, there is no option in VISA source. Please let me how to convert HID to COM port.

This sounds more like an instrument driver issue than a LabVIEW issue (if it's meant to be appearing as a COM port and it's not). Have you tried contacting the instrument vendor?
