How to convert WV waveform file to tend format

Hi I'm using labview 2019. I wish to convert WV waveform file created from R&s software into TDMS format. Kindly please advise. Thank you.

Do you have the full documentation on the WV format, maybe even an example file. Can you read it into LabVIEW? Once you can do that, you can save it any way you want.
