Kvaser does not have any CanOpen specific VIs since all Kvaser CAN hardware works at the raw CAN frame level.
You may be able to put a layer between the NI CanOpen VIs and the Kvaser VIs, but I have not tried this.
Another option would be to look at one of Kvaser's Technical Associate's CanOpen stacks. You could then create a wrapper VI llb for the CanOpen stack to use in LabView.
