You are asking a question "on the back of" a six-year-old topic! I recommend that you start a brand new thread ("Start a Topic") and ask your question, without ALL CAPS which are tiring to read. It would be helpful if you explained as clearly as possible (a) what you are currently doing, (b) how you want to modify it, and (c) show some code so we can respond appropriately. Among other things, your code would show us (a) what version of LabVIEW you are using, (b) whether you are using the Report Generation Toolkit, some Express VIs that write "Excel" files, or (c) the Write Delimited Spreadsheet functions that ship with LabVIEW.
