How to create a tv remote with fully working tv?

What video? Are you now saying you have actual hardware that acquires video? Before discussing your LabVIEW skills, how about providing a detailed spec on your project?

What i mean is like this actually. This tv isn't actually a tv at all, i just put some videos in the labview and put it just like a tv. And to control it there will be a "remote tv" that will controll the channels (video), volume or even birightness. Can you help me?

If you have the vision toolkit, you can use that. You could use ActiveX and the windows media player. I don't have much experience with either. Do a search of the forum.
