How to create achievable being able to turn on a machine without labview?

I wish knowledge if it is possible to create a .exe starting from a VI. This achievable will be to place on a waiter linux (thus without labview). It is used to me to bring a screen of my FP-2000 towards my waiter. I
s this project realizable?

You will probably get more responses to this question if you post it to the LabVIEW General list. Now to address your questions.

Yes, it is possible to create an .exe from a VI.

I do not believe it is possible for linux.

Actually Ben is right, you willl find more responses in the general LabVIEW list.

However I can tell you that we have a LabVIEW for linux and you should be able to create an executable and leave this one running in any linux machine without LabVIEW installed on it.
