To clarify, if you purchased the software in the past year with SSP
(Standard Service Program), or have renewed your SSP on the software,
you will soon receive an update CD containing the latest versions,
which are currently 8.20. You would need to use this version for
both the development and runtime environments to ensure that the fix is
propogated correctly. Conversion of the VI's on the development
side is very easy - all you need to do is open the project and its VI's
and re-save them. You would need to rebuild the executable for
the changes to take effect there as well.
