Hi Stephanie,

To clarify, if you purchased the software in the past year with SSP (Standard Service Program), or have renewed your SSP on the software, you will soon receive an update CD containing the latest versions, which are currently 8.20.  You would need to use this version for both the development and runtime environments to ensure that the fix is propogated correctly.  Conversion of the VI's on the development side is very easy - all you need to do is open the project and its VI's and re-save them.  You would need to rebuild the executable for the changes to take effect there as well.

Hi!

I don't think we bought LabVIEW DSC runtime with SSP, so how can I upgrade it? There's only LabVIEW DSC RTS 8.0 available online.

Thank you,
Stephanie

Hi Stephanie,

The DSC RTS 8.2 is now released and available for purchase or upgrade.  We don't have it available for download from the site since the RTS is typically ordered as a separate product.  If you're not sure if you have SSP for your RTS installation, your best bet is to call in to (800) 531-5066 and speak with your area representative who has access to your account information.
