We need to now more details about your license which should not be posted publicly. The best way to solve this is to contact your local technical support by sending an e-mail to techsupport@ni.com (local language can be used). Please write a brief description and attach a link to this forum for reference. Also please attach your serial number to the e-mail.

Thank you for the reply. I wrote an e-mail yesterday with a description of my problem and link to this topic and, according to the e-mail from support, today with my serial number for the 2012 version. I am waiting now.

How do i activate my student version of Labview NXG 2.0 Development system? I
purchased the software and got a serial number but when i enter it, it contacts the
server and comes up with invalid serial number message. The serial number
worked for the application builder 2.0 add-on.
