How to drag a control over a decoration and place it on top of the decoration?

Hello,  I want to place a control on a decoration and when I drag the control onto the decoration the control is placed behind the decoration. How  can I place the control so it is on top of the decoration?

Hi Joe,

right under the menu of your VI frontpanel window you will find several buttons.

Some are used for aligning, other for spacing. And yes, there are tools to group and to change the Z order of FP objects…
