You cannot delete a post yourself. However, you can report it to a moderator and they will do it for you.
At the top right corner of your post (along title bar) you will see "Options". Click on it and select "Report to Moderator", which is the bottom selection.
To edit your own post, you can do so within 10 minutes from the time you posted your message. Same Options, but select Edit Message
