Hello!
Does anyone know of a way to export LabView VI front panel screens during run time in high quality?
I need the images for printing and therefore they should be in a higher quality than a regular print-screen
operation would produce.
Thanks.

The best quality to use is .png files. Look for threads discussing the Code Capture Tool. Its underlying technology is capturing the front panel and/or block diagram and saving them to a .png file.

Since normal Windows resolution is 96 dpi, we just designed a frontpanel being factor 3.
You can do this during desing time by changing the size of all elements. Use grouping and locking to avoid accidential moves of FP elements. Checkout Darren's nugget about Grouping and locking.
You can do this programmatically. All objects are programmatically sizable. Check out Darren's nugget about User tags.
