How to extract cabinet files?

I was trying to find a way to extract a file from a cabinet file. It's similar to a zip file, so I tried to use the labVIEW unzip feature, but that didn't work. I was wondering if anyone's figured a way to extract from a cabinet file.

(it's weird 'cause windows even allows you to unzip a cab file)
