What are some of the parameters of the pulse you want to generate? How high-frequency do you mean when you say "radio-frequency"? I once worked on a VLF transmitter system that used a 2-kHz main carrier frequency.

What do you mean by 'radio-frequency'? if you mean frequencies in the MHz range, then this can not be done with PCI-MIO-16E card. You need to look at other boards -- check, for instance, Signal Sources.
