How to get X Value of a Data in order to use as a numeric value

Hi everyone,

I'm on some spectral calculations, i need to get the frequency value of the Fast-Fourier-Transformed data. Lets say a sine wave with 10 hz freq for example, i want to get that 10 hz value as a numeric value.

You can ask why do you want the get the value you already know; i dont cause i will use the acquired signal data. Consider the "Sine" in the sample as data from acquisition.

Try the Extract Single Tone Information.vi

This will give you the amplitude and frequency of the tone with highest amplitude.
