How to get rid of 2d picture box frame

Hi, 

    I want to draw a circle inside a 2D picture box with the diameter the same as the picture box size. The picture box size is 300 by 300, the diameter of the big circle is also 300. As you can see from the pic attached, the right and bottem edges are cut off by the picture box border. How to remove the frame of the picture box to show the entire circle?Other tricks are welcome too.

But, you still need to scale to the viewable area not the whole area- there are 3 pixels on each edge that are not displayed
