That will depend on what kind of interface the transmitter is requiring. I think that using LabVIEW Data logging and Supervisory Control would be the best way to go. But the physical connection would depend on the protocol that the uses. I looked at Honeywell's website but they do not really say.
I would findout for sure then call NI's sales engineers.
