How to implement StateSpace-Controller

I have to implement a StateSpace-Controller in Labview. What is the best way of doing it?

I have two versions attached to this mail. The continous SS-Controller is only SISO, while the discrete Versionis basically able to deal with two input/output channels. The Problem is, they show different results, and I can't find the mistake.

If you have a better solution, I would appreciate if you could send me the file!

The continuouse SS-Controller is missing a SubVI. It is called Integral SubVI VI. This would be helpful in comparing these two VIs.
